Claims/Returns Policy


  1. Liability will not be accepted, either for shortages or for damages unless notification in writing is made to Costume Cave within 3 days of receipt of goods.  
  2. When contacting our office please quote the invoice number relevant to the claim.                 
  3. Following this, immediate action will be taken to rectify the problem. This is the only avenue of claim that will be recognised by Costume Cave.
  4. Goods returned to Costume Cave on a Carrier, other than our nominated carrier, will not be accepted.
  5. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened and in the same condition that you received it. It must be in the original packaging.
  6. Additional non-returnable items:
    * Face Paint and Contacts – (Only when an incorrect item has been sent to you or is damaged).
